North Derbyshire Chargers RLFC is a brand new club established on the back of a highly successful junior development programme at EckingtonSchool and the existing Chesterfield Spires club.
The club is seeking ambitious and committed individuals to be part of its debut season in the Midlands Merit League this summer.
Players, coaches and volunteers are sought for the following teams:
- Open age men - Open age women - Under 16s - Under 14s
There are also plans to establish an Under-12s side as the season progresses.
This is an opportunity to be part of the foundation of an ambitious club with strong links to our local professional side (Sheffield Eagles). The club already has an impressive junior base to build upon - including junior representative players and the reigning Derbyshire schools champions with plans also in place to branch out into other schools within the region.
